¡Ay, Caramba!
215 of the 251 trips in my database had fare changes ... and no foolin', they are not good changes:
Voyager:
rollcall/farecompare.php?line=3&ship=3& ... jcalc=true
Mariner:
rollcall/farecompare.php?line=3&ship=4& ... jcalc=true
Navigator:
rollcall/farecompare.php?line=3&ship=5& ... jcalc=true
Explorer
httpa://dc.bigdogfoto.com/rollcall/farecompare.php?line=3&ship=25&fareyyyymm=2018.04&jcalc=true
Note that the jcalc parameter in the query string makes the percentage change calculation base on the previous fare. If you want the calculation based on the original fare, just remove it.
april 2018 updates
Re: april 1 updates
Also ... don't forget that there were 8 fare changes March 22, and those were better news.
See the update thread for March.

Vulcan
Just noticed in a follow-up that this itinerary changed:
rollcall/rollcall.php?trip=5686
https://www.rssc.com/cruises/MAR190313/summary
Interesting because it used to have port stops in South Korea and Taiwan, and now it does not.
Old (Temples & Skylines): no|no|no no|Beijing
New: (Vulcan): no|Beijing
