The first episode aired here last night.

It's the same formula as the original and the Med versions. All the women are slutty and all the men are douchebaggy. The only real new variable is that the captain is a much younger*, handsome male. He's still the same idiot, though. He doesn't try to shake down the ship before the guests arrive, so consequently, it starts off with a boat malfunction, and none of the crew knowing their jobs on the ship.

The guests on the first charter - also slutty women (doing TikToks) and douchebaggy men.

The chef has no neck. He comes out okay for the first lunch and first dinner by serving large quantities of Alaskan King Crab and Tomahawk Steaks to the slutty, douchebaggy, and unsophisticated guests, who promptly fall over each other trying to take photographs of slutty crustaceans and douchebaggy beef.

The chief stew is a holdover from Below Deck Med - Aesha - giggly and exuberant, she announces when she needs to poo.

Hijinks ensue.

Episode two ... the no-neck chef does not cook breakfast to order. He served cheeseburgers for lunch that sat around for an hour or so because the guests were still in the jacuzzi when they were ready. (But the guests still liked them.) And then he served tacos for dinner. The tacos did look yummy, but these guests might as well have chartered a Johnny Rockets.

It was a two night cruise, and the tip was a bit more than 16k USD.

I'm not much of a fan of the ship, the Thalassa. (That's just its stripper name - the real name is apparently Keri Lee III. Below Deck Med coincidentally started airing a new season, and its ship Home looks pretty fabulous.

More news about the hot captain ... he is a Libra. Magda, the hot stew (2nd or 3rd?) from Poland, upon hearing this touched both breasts with her hands.

Although I have not been continuing this narrative, I wanted to document here that the no neck chef was asked to leave yesterday, as was the hot strew from Poland.
